Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters
- Prepare and file visa petitions, green card applications, and other immigration-related documents
- Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and other government agencies
- Provide legal guidance and counsel on immigration laws and procedures
- Stay informed on changes to immigration policies and regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar membership in Maryland
- 3+ Years of Experience in employment-based immigration law
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bilingual (English + another language) skills highly preferred
