Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Immigration Attorney located in Miami, FL. The attorney will be responsible for handling immigration cases directly, including client consultations, document preparation, court appearances, and more. The role requires availability to travel as needed depending on client and case demands.Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Demonstrated experience in immigration law (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously (multitasking)
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar license
- Experience with detained clients, asylum, and Cuban Adjustment is a plus
