Lupton Law is accepting applications for an Associate Attorney position to join our fast-growing team.Lupton Law is a fast-growing immigration law firm with 5 different office locations is looking for an immigration attorney with commitment to excellent service. Experience is preferred but not required.
We are a busy and successful practice with offices in Philadelphia, West Chester, and Lancaster, an office in Georgetown, Delaware and an office in Selma, North Carolina. Our practice is community-oriented and often provides free informational sessions to community groups and churches, as we believe that community engagement and service is a necessary factor in providing excellent representation to clients.
This is a full time position that would be at our Lancaster, Pennsylvania location.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients for consultations and to develop case strategies.
- Research different legal strategies to provide excellent service to clients.
- Attendance at different Court proceedings related to client's immigration cases, including both Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
- Providing legal guidance and assistance to all clients.
Attorney skill requirements:
- PA Bar or another State Bar admission required.
- No experience required, although experience is certainly preferred.
- Ability to engage with and handle a high case load.
- Respectful and compassionate meetings with clients.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
