Saul Ewing is seeking a real estate associate with 2–6 years of experience to join our commercial real estate team in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review, financing transactions, and development projects. Candidates will work closely with mid-level and senior attorneys across multiple offices and practice groups to provide sophisticated, high-quality legal services to clients involved in complex commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and ancillary transaction documents; reviewing title, survey, zoning, and due diligence materials; coordinating transaction closings; collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary matters; developing and maintaining client relationships; and staying current with relevant legal and industry developments. The position offers significant client interaction, hands-on responsibility, and meaningful mentorship opportunities within a collaborative and entrepreneurial practice environment. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Pennsylvania bar admission is required.
