A Houston Immigration Lawyer, is seeking an Immigration Attorney to work at its Houston office to perform the following:Prepare and attend interviews at the USCIS, represent in cases of Court, Detainees, Parole, Bond. Broad expertise on Asylum laws, both, Affirmative and Defensively. Great drafting skills, client communications management skills, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward, family law and Criminal .
Required Skills & Knowledge: MUST BE ADMITTED IN TEXAS OR ANY U.S. STATE. MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH. The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently; prioritize workload in an extremely time-sensitive field of law; meet strict deadlines; be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to edit carefully; provide outstanding client service; flexible and adaptable to fast-paced setting; organized; self-motivated with strong initiative; possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Knowledge required: Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent written communication skills.
