Responsibilities:
- Handle and lead a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization.
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.
- Develop systems and best practices for the immigration division.
- Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.
- Contribute to community outreach, firm marketing, and client education initiatives through seminars, videos, and written content.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on immigration law experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.
- Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm.
- Business-minded spirit — you take ownership and deliver results.
Compensation:
$110,000 - 140,000 yearly
