Immigration Attorney

Description:

Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join its Labor & Employment Team. Candidates with at least 6 years' experience advising employers sponsoring foreign national workers in a wide range of sectors, to include financial institutions, healthcare systems and universities. The preferred candidate will have experience navigating Department of Labor regulations, including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN and E) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) visa programs. The ideal candidate will possess portable clients and the desire to work closely with our attorneys to develop and grow our Immigration Team.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000+. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several factors, including qualifications and experience, education, portable clients and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
