We Are Looking for An In-Person Immigration Attorney Associate (zip: 11229) to Join Our Awesome Team!Who we are looking for:
- NYS Bar admission (or another state)
- We are looking for someone who loves working with immigrants as much as we do. The ideal candidate has to have a few years of experience in practicing Immigration Law; the candidate will have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills and have the ability to make Court Appearances.
- Be prepared to record Social Media posts and have your own SSM account for attracting new clients.
- Partnership track.
Duties and Skills:
- Attending in-person and virtual court hearings.
- Consultations for clients.
- Provide legal advice to clients and guidance.
- Drafting legal documents for Immigration and Divorce/Family law practice areas.
- Bar:
- NYS Bar Admission ( We are open to consider with admission in another state, too ).
- Good writing skills.
- Legal drafting.
- Legal research.
- Build trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in courtroom advocacy and administrative advocacy.
- Experience working with individuals from multi-ethnic communities.
- Bilingual & Bicultural (Russian)
