Description:

BW Law is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Immigration Attorney to join our removal defense team.

The primary responsibilities will be to prepare for and represent clients at both master calendar and individual hearings. We have a strong support staff in place to assist with client and case preparation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Active license and good standing with a U.S. state bar (ideally Virginia).
Experience with Immigration Court proceedings and asylum cases strongly preferred.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
