Position Overview:We seek a motivated Immigration Associate Attorney with 0–4 years of experience to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to our mission of guiding clients through complex immigration processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about immigrant rights and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
- Take an active part in the client meetings to understand the issues and come up with a possible way of action to deal the case.
- Prepare for trials and hearings and appear in legal proceedings.
- Study and identify laws that are applicable to the case.
- Conduct thorough research and assist in gathering all the data and information that is relevant to the case.
- Prepare and draft legal briefs. Petitions and motions in immigration court and federal court.
- Maintain, Update and track important legal documents covering a wide range of clients.
