Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Immigration Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients. Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: Employment Based Visa Petitions, H-1b Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, USCIS Asylum Petitions, Work permits, and more.Experience and Education:
- Licensed to practice law and good standing before any state bar: preferably in Nebraska or Iowa or Minnesota
- Strong legal writing, legal research, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high case volume and work under time pressure.
- J.D. or L.L.M. Degree from an accredited law school.
- Related work experience in immigration law is preferred.
- We will consider current law students who will graduate in May.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean criminal record required.
