We have an opening for an employment litigation and advice associate in our growing Employment & Labor group in our Des Moines office.

Preferred candidates will have:

3-6 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong academic background and professional credentials
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa.
