Duane Morris LLP seeks a senior associate with 5-6 years of health care litigation experience to join the Healthcare Litigation division of its Trial Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong healthcare background with experience in provider reimbursement matters (both commercial and government), managed care agreements, and a working knowledge of provider coding and billing principles. The candidate should feel comfortable engaging directly with provider clients regarding revenue cycle management. Candidate will possess demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and have strong self-starter credentials with superior writing, communication and client relations skills. Experience managing a team and handling all aspects of litigation matters, including in arbitration, is required. Candidate can be resident in any city in which Duane Morris has an office along with requisite bar admission in jurisdiction of practice depending on office location.The target annual pay range for this role $310,000-350,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
