Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience. We are open to having this candidate sit in our Chicago, New York, and/or Philadelphia office. Candidates should have significant hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions, with strong UCC Article 9 experience essential and syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.The target annual pay range for this role in Chicago and New York City is $260,000 - $350,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of Chicago and New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees.
