Description:
Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a California barred attorney to join our Health Care practice, a subgroup within our Consumer Financial Services group. This practice group focuses on complex health care litigation, including ERISA benefits actions, payor-provider contract disputes, out-of-network reimbursement actions, regulatory compliance issues, and consumer coverage litigation.We are looking for someone with state and federal court experience, excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred. Please submit a cover letter, writing sample, transcript and resume.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
