Polsinelli is seeking a junior to mid-level healthcare associate to join our national healthcare practice in our Denver, St. Louis, or Chicago office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in healthcare law. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interests in and knowledge of one or more of the following health care law areas of specialty:
- State licensure of health care entities and practitioners
- Government payor enrollment, reimbursement, and audits, including Medicare and Medicaid and/or contracted Medicare or Medicaid plans (e.g., Medicare Advantage)
- Health care fraud and abuse laws (i.e., federal anti-kickback, Stark and CMP provisions)
- Government investigations and related litigation
- HIPAA, privacy, and security
- Health care system operational and/or payor contracting
- Regulatory or transactional support for health care M&A deals

Compensation: Salary will range between $210,000-$390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
