We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about plaintiff-side advocacy, committed to securing justice and fair compensation for injured clients, and confident managing cases from intake through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while handling a challenging and rewarding caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial
- Manage cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other injury claims
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
- Perform legal research and factual investigation to support case strategy
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Advocate for clients at mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients and manage expectations
- Collaborate with case managers, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural and ethical requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in MO (TX, KS, IL a plus)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to ethical advocacy

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
