Arzoomanian Law is a rapidly growing California plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on representing tenants in habitability and landlord-tenant disputes. We are looking for a motivated litigation attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, ownership of their cases, and the opportunity to grow with a firm that is expanding quickly.If you're looking for a position where you can independently manage cases, develop litigation strategy, and make a real impact for your clients, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Conduct depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Prepare cases for trial
- Work directly with clients throughout litigation
- Negotiate settlements when appropriate
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Litigation experience +3 years
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Plaintiff-side litigation experience is a plus but not required
- Habitability or landlord-tenant litigation experience is a plus but not required
