Job Requirements:
Our Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Washington, DC office.

Qualified candidates will have five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills, and will have completed a clerkship, law review or other significant writing experience. Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation is required. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing these types of matters, including the development of investigation strategy, the management of responding to government subpoenas, CIDs, or other document requests, and demonstrated ability to master complex factual analysis.

Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our team has extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiry. Our nationwide representation includes managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or any other requests for information from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors or investigative agencies.
