Job Description:Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Government Contracts Associate for its Huntsville, AL office. Candidates must have at least 3–4 years of significant experience in government contracts, including bid protests, claims, and disputes, as well as a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other procurement laws. Experience with investigations and oversight involving government contractors and/or transactions involving government contractors is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Alabama and possess strong transferable skills, an excellent academic background, and outstanding writing abilities. Former Military/JAG experience preferred.
