Description:

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced attorney who wants to join of the South's fastest-growing law firms as an Attorney in our Social Security Disability practice. We are seeking an experienced, client-focused attorney to manage cases from intake through resolution.

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Birmingham, Alabama, office with a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

Handle Social Security Disability cases, including hearings and appeals.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Communicate with clients and provide updates.
Manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Qualifications:

J.D. and active U.S. State Bar (any state) in good standing.
3+ years' experience in Social Security law preferred, but not required and may be substituted for 3+ years attorney experience and a willingness to learn Social Security law.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients and achieving results.
