Nationwide Attorneys is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Government Contracts group. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of government contracts experience. Candidates should have experience counseling clients on government contracts laws and regulations, reviewing and negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements, and litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims. This role is open to any of our offices.Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
