Skills and Experience We Desire

Manage a diverse docket of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including government investigations, commercial, regulatory, IP, class action, and employment disputes.
Collaborate with outside counsel to drive case strategy, manage risk, and deliver efficient results.
Develop thoughtful, risk-based approaches to dispute resolution, enforcement, and defense that align with business objectives.
Provide practical, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, engineering, compliance, HR) to identify and mitigate risks.
Draft and negotiate legal documents including settlements, demand letters, and pre-litigation responses.
Help build internal processes to track, assess, and manage litigation risk globally.

Qualifications:

At least 7-10 years of diverse litigation experience at a top law firm, with prior in-house legal department experience being preferred.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and oversee global compliance investigations with respect to regulated businesses.
Substantial experience managing complex litigation with minimal oversight, including case strategy, advocacy, and negotiations.
Sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
