An American Multinational Corporation is seeking a sharp, strategic, and business-savvy Global Litigation Counsel to join our high-impact legal team. Skills and Experience We Desire
  • Manage a diverse docket of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including government investigations, commercial, regulatory, IP, class action, and employment disputes.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel to drive case strategy, manage risk, and deliver efficient results.
  • Develop thoughtful, risk-based approaches to dispute resolution, enforcement, and defense that align with business objectives.
  • Provide practical, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, engineering, compliance, HR) to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents including settlements, demand letters, and pre-litigation responses.
  • Help build internal processes to track, assess, and manage litigation risk globally.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7-10 years of diverse litigation experience at a top law firm, with prior in-house legal department experience being preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and oversee global compliance investigations with respect to regulated businesses.
  • Substantial experience managing complex litigation with minimal oversight, including case strategy, advocacy, and negotiations.
  • Sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
