Job Description:The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. The candidates should have at least three years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions (including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, Data Centers, esoteric and consumer assets). Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance transactions. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
