NYC Special Education Lawyer is looking to higher an attorney experienced in practicing special education law in NYC.Required Experience:
- At least 3 years practicing special education law in NYC
- Experience managing cases and representing clients at hearings with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
- Recovering attorneys' fees in federal court
- Appellate work at the SRO and federal levels
