We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Federal & International Tax practice as an Extern in our Washington, DC office. This opportunity offers meaningful exposure to complex U.S. federal and cross-border tax matters involving multinational corporations, private equity funds, investment managers, partnerships, and emerging growth companies.

The Extern will work closely with attorneys on a variety of domestic and international tax issues, including transactional tax planning, international tax structuring, regulatory developments, tax controversy matters, and client advisory projects. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience while developing technical tax knowledge in a sophisticated law firm environment.
