Description:
Troutman Pepper Locke's Finance & Banking practice group is seeking a junior attorney to work with our Fund Finance team, based in the San Diego office. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. No specific prior legal or fund finance experience is required, but candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in transactional law; an interest in finance is a plus. The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $170,000 dependent on experience.
