About Us:Our Law Firm is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services, with a primary focus on immigration law. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and are seeking an experienced attorney who has abundant work experience in handling H-1B, EB2 / EB3 and PERM.
Responsibilities:
- Majorly handle H-1B, EB2 / EB3 and PERM cases. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of each case;
- Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny;
- Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases;
- Stay current with governmental and regulatory requirements regarding immigration policies；
- Assist Managing Attorney with case assignment and internal training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with extensive knowledge in H-1B, EB2 / EB3 and PERM.
- Ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thoroughness and precision.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a strong plus.
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
