Responsibilities:

Handle family-based immigrant visa petitions and ensure an accurate and timely preparation of each case;
Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases;
Correspond with USCIS and other government agencies when necessary;
Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reopen, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny;
Stay current with governmental and regulatory requirements regarding immigration policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with extensive knowledge in family-based immigrant visas.
Ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thoroughness and precision.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a strong plus.
