Kelner and Kelner, Esqs., a premier plaintiff's personal injury law firm in downtown Manhattan, is looking for a junior associate with 0–3 years of experience to join our legal team. This position will primarily focus on civil rights and personal injury litigation, offering an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their skills in these challenging and rewarding areas of law.

The ideal candidate should have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a desire to advocate on behalf of individuals whose rights have been violated. You will assist in handling and managing cases from inception through litigation in State and federal court, including conducting investigations, evaluating claims, drafting pleadings and motions, performing legal research, analyzing case law, taking depositions, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

You must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
