Ashley Law, P.C. is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated attorney who is passionate about helping injured clients and has the experience to independently manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through litigation.
Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, we offer the flexibility to work 100% remotely while being supported by an experienced team of paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants.
What You'll Do:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy
- Negotiate aggressively with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
- Handle litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances
- Prepare cases for trial and serve as trial counsel when necessary
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their cases
- Work collaboratively with support staff to maximize client recoveries
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong settlement negotiation skills with a proven track record of maximizing case value
- Experience handling personal injury litigation in California Superior Courts
- Trial experience is a plus
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
