Roach & Lin, P.C. is a foreclosure law firm located in Syosset, NY. We specialize in Lender/Creditor side default services as well as real estate transactions representing Sellers, Purchasers and Banks. We also represent Sellers and Purchasers in REO and Short Sale closings.The Position:
Roach & Lin, P.C. is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience. The attorney may need to appear in court for mandatory settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.
Firm's practice is concentrated in foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation
- Seeking attorney with 2+ years of foreclosure experience
- Knowledge of ICE/Black Knight (LPS), Tempo a plus
- Immediate hire and training
- Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations related to foreclosure matters.
- Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and maintain organized records.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
