Responsibilities:
- Manage foreclosures from inception to resolution with support staff
- Draft pleadings, motions and legal correspondence
- Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Provide strategic guidance on foreclosure matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to NYS Bar or pending admission
- Prior foreclosure litigation experience required
- Strong writing and research skills
