Responsibilities:
- Manage foreclosures from inception to resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Provide strategic guidance on foreclosure matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Prior foreclosure litigation experience required
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
Pay: $79,373.26 - $89,373.26 per year
