The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. The candidates should have 5+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings or other relevant experience, including secured lending and/or derivatives. The associate would join a rapidly growing, market leading practice focused on representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles on an extraordinarily diverse range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions across a variety of asset classes. Successful candidates will have the ability to effectively manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently and will embrace the opportunity to participate in the strategic growth of the practice. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is below. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found here.

Target Salary Range $390,000 - $420,000.
