Premiere consumer finance litigation law firm is conducting a confidential search for an experienced foreclosure attorney. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-4 years of concentrated experience in handling all aspects of a foreclosure practice. Compensation is commensurate with experience and we provide a comprehensive benefits package.Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be required to prepare, review and approve complaints, pleadings and may be required to attend hearings and mediations.
Education, Training and Experience:
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a team player and possess a willingness to adapt to change.
This position requires experience from the 1st legal stage to the post judgment stage.
