We are an established and growing South Florida consumer bankruptcy law firm helping individuals get a fresh financial start through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. We are looking for a talented, personable, and motivated attorney to handle initial consultations, follow-ups, attend virtual meetings via Zoom, and occasionally assist the other attorneys with their case load. This is an ideal position for an attorney who enjoys client interaction and prefers a low-stress, remote-friendly legal role without litigation, court appearances, long hours, or billable hour requirements.

What You'll Do:

Conduct consultations via telephone or Zoom with potential bankruptcy clients.
Educate potential clients on their Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 options and guide them toward the best solution.
Convert consultations into retained clients by explaining our firm's value and assisting with the sign-up process.
Maintain detailed notes in our CRM software for follow-ups and future reference.
Attend 341 Meetings (Zoom-based) with clients.
Respond to potential and existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.

What We're Looking For:

Must be a licensed Florida attorney.
Must have experience in consumer bankruptcy (Ch. 7 & Ch. 13).
Excellent communication & sales skills. This is a client-facing role that requires persuasive and empathetic consultation skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Ability to work consistently and reliably during the set 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, including being punctual and prepared for all appointments.
Familiarity with CRM/case management software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $90,000 per year
Performance-Based Bonuses (Expected earnings: $120,000 - $150,000 based on performance)
Fully remote work, with the option to work in person from our Deerfield Beach office
No billable hour requirements. Focus on consultations and service
