Crowell & Moring is seeking an associate or counsel to join our Financial Services practice in New York. This individual will work with our team to represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate clients in a broad range of credit and finance matters, including lending, derivatives, litigation finance and restructuring.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of substantive finance experience
- Background in derivatives, secured transactions, creditors' rights and/or bankruptcy law is a plus
