Orrick is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of Securities Litigation experience. The ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment with professional growth and development prospects.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels.
- Support advocacy efforts before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions.
- Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the CA bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.
- Experience with securities-related disputes and investigations or charges by federal and state agencies for alleged securities law violations.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
