Overview:
Orrick is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of Securities Litigation experience. The ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment with professional growth and development prospects.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels.
Support advocacy efforts before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions.
Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the CA bar.
3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.
Experience with securities-related disputes and investigations or charges by federal and state agencies for alleged securities law violations.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
