Ideal candidates will have in-depth financial services experience, focusing on corporate transactional and regulatory work involving both new and established companies in the token, digital & technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The position will concentrate on matters involving blockchain as well as venture financings, digital assets, payments, lending, fund formation, alternative lending, regulatory enforcement work, and counseling clients on process and compliance matters. Requirements:
- Four to seven years of solid corporate finance transactions experience with a focus on blockchain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Effective and efficient problem solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice
