Description:

We are searching for a mid-level associate to join our Corporate Public Companies / Public Offerings group in our New York office. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience with IPOs and other capital market transactions, including counseling pre-IPO and public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as assisting in capital markets transactions for issuers and underwriters; it is a plus to have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, and/or underwriter representation.

We are looking for team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with tech and life sciences clients on their IPOs and after as public companies. Candidates can expect to work directly with company clients on a range of '33 Act, '34 Act, governance, compliance and general corporate matters.
