A Distinctively Global Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney to develop legal guidance for global clients on complex matters related to structured, corporate, and project finance. Negotiate and draft complex transactional documents in support of cross-border financing transactions involving corporate clients across Latin America. Advise clients with respect to NY and Latin American jurisdiction elements affecting complex structured, corporate, and project financing transactions for Latin American companies. Analyze current legal events and trends to prepare clients alerts and draft timely articles on important legal developments. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Juris Doctor degree followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with providing legal counseling in respect to structured, corporate, and project finance. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with drafting and negotiating legal agreements regarding a variety of financial matters; 5 years of experience with researching, reviewing, and advising regulatory matters; 3 years of experience with representing clients in international financial transactions; 3 years of experience with cross-border project finance, banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate transactions under US and foreign law; and 3 years of experience with structuring, drafting, and negotiating main finance agreements and securing documents.
