Haynes Boone is seeking a 2nd - 3rd year Finance associate and a 4th -
5th year Finance associate to join our Charlotte office and growing
Finance team. Experience in commercial finance of leveraged finance is
required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent
drafting skills and should enjoy working with others in a team
atmosphere on a variety of transactions cross the credit spectrum.
