The Finance Practice Group advises financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors on a wide range of complex finance transactions. This role offers direct client contact and meaningful opportunities for business development, along with exceptional training and career development and a clear path to increasing responsibility and partner interaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Supporting and executing commercial finance transactions
- Managing closing checklists and coordinating closing deliverables
- Conducting diligence and summarizing findings
- Drafting and assembling ancillary closing documentation
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation
- Experience with receivables financings, structured finance, real estate, or securitization is a plus
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 2–4 years of experience working on varied commercial finance transactions
- Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply
- Candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar
