Clark Hill PLC is seeking a first-year Associate to join our Fidelity, Surety, & Coverage Business Unit in Dallas, TX. The Associate will join the firm at the beginning of September 2026. The offer of employment will be contingent upon the candidate's completion of law school and sitting for the July 2026 Texas bar exam.The Associate will handle large dollar insurance coverage disputes around the country, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, predominantly in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance.

The salary for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. The Associate will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Clark Hill will pay for one bar exam review course and the fees associated with the bar exam.
