Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience for its Tax & Estate Planning group in Dallas. This associate attorney will be responsible for preparation of estate planning documents; income tax planning; estate and gift tax planning; trust and estate administration; and business succession planning. Prior experience and/or education in Tax preferred. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school, and either be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas or eligible for admission without examination.The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $175,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
