Who You Are:
- You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience practicing federal income tax law at a major law firm.
- You have experience in at least several of the following areas:
- domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity
- real estate (including REITs)
- fund formation
- bankruptcy and workouts
- venture capital
- finance and capital markets
- You can manage components of transactions independently.
- You have strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- You are a member of the New York or California Bar.
