Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association
- Must be an active member in good standing of the Washington bar state, territory of the United States.
- At least 5 years of experience post J.D. relevant to litigation experience in federal courts.
- Experience in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing.
- Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations.
- Understanding of federal procedure and courtroom protocol.
- Excellent analytical, research and communication skills.
- Persuasiveness and reasoned judgement.
- Complex case management skills.
- Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but no required.
- A writing sample consisting of legal brief or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.
