Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law is seeking to hire a licensed Appellate Attorney to join our team to handle Social Security Disability appeals. Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law has built one of the most successful federal appellate practices in the country, with multiple precedent-setting wins at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as in district courts across several jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to engage in in-depth, federal appellate advocacy on behalf of those in need.The position requires compassion for the disabled, strong research and writing skills, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Social Security law is a plus, but is not required.
