Skills and Experience

Must be licensed to practice law in California and MUST have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience as a practicing attorney.
Candidates need to be proficient in DissoMaster, WestLaw, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Clio, Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Blue Jeans.
Excellent research skills are required, and you must be comfortable with numerous research means (West Law, Attorney's Briefcase, Google)
Candidates should possess excellent writing skills and be able to draft motions, pleadings, letters, memos, discovery demands and responses, meet and confer letters, settlement offers.
Ability to manage the cases, filing and discovery deadlines and client communications efficiently.
Ability to work with other attorneys and support staff
