The Role:
As a member of our family law team, you'll handle a broad range of matters, including:

Contested and uncontested divorces
Child custody and visitation
Spousal and child support
Adoptions and guardianships
Prenuptial agreements
Mediations
Protective orders

You'll take on meaningful responsibility from day one, with exposure to every facet of a busy litigation practice, giving you the opportunity to build your own caseload and sharpen your skills.

Compensation:
This position is structured as a generous fee-share arrangement rather than a fixed salary. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and caseload. Associates typically earn $100,000 – $200,000 in their first year. For attorneys who are driven and client-focused, this structure rewards hard work with real, uncapped income potential.
